I am by no means a chef, so some of these recipes might be absolute fails. As I work through most of these recipes, they will be tested IRL for the first time. Errors are purposeful and welcome here, so if that’s not your thing, too bad.

I will be making everything from pierogi to paczki, and excited to share some tales along the way.
