I know it doesn’t look at appetizing…

My absolute favorite side dish. It’s perfect for any season, but especially ideal when cucumbers are in season. You can use any types of cukes, I used the kirbies.

Kirbies are the most common kind of pickles in Poland, and excellent for pickling… hint hint wink wink…


Ingredients

  • Cucumbers (I used two)

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Pinch of sugar

  • I teaspoon of lemon juice

  • DILL

Directions

  • Add some salt to sliced and peeled cucumbers, set them aside for 15 mins (minimum)

  • Take out excess water

  • Add sour cream, pepper, pinch of sugar, lemon juice, and dill

  • Boom, that’s it.
